Louisiana Production Capital, L.L.C. ("LPC") is a joint venture owned and operated by William D. "Will" French, a corporate lawyer based in New Orleans, and Louisiana Film & Television Credits, L.L.C., a tax credit brokerage managed by the CPA firm of Roberts, Cherry & Co. out of Shreveport. The principals of LPC and their affiliates traded $20,000,000 of the roughly $36,000,000 2003 Investor Tax credits issued by the State of Louisiana, $9,600,000 of 2004 credits, $30,000,000 0f 2005 credits and $24,000,000 and counting of 2006 credits.
