Purchasing Tax Credits
It is very easy to purchase LPC tax credits. Once you know how many you'd like to acquire, download the Order Form by clicking here.
Fill out all pertinent information other than the rate. Fax your completed Order Form to (318) 226-7150. We then contact you with a rate quote (or you can obtain this in advance of completing the Order Form by calling (866) 454-9205). You’ll then be required to remit the full purchase price for the tax credits. The remaining documents will be signed on the next sale date and a Certificate of Ownership signed by state officials will be delivered to you within 60 days thereafter representing your title to the tax credits, along with all other documents necessary to properly claim the tax credits on your Louisiana tax return.
